Western Washington spa gets a brand facelift.

The Challenge

Award-winning SAVI Day Spa has been a staple amenity at Tacoma’s Hotel Murano for over 20 years. SAVI has become a premium destination for relaxation, known for their one-on-one relationships with their clients and the results and relaxation-oriented services they provide. After undergoing a management change, SAVI needed a strategy that could streamline their marketing communications and social networking and bring a fresh feel to their boutique spa space. They needed an effective and efficient brand refresh that could bring in new clients without losing their connection with their current customers and community.

What we did

Based on extensive discovery, VSG worked to capture the essence of the SAVI. Our market research and strategic development sessions allowed us to identify their needs and create a custom brand execution plan. We developed a lean collateral base complete with brand-icon set, photography collective, social media calendar and modular asset base, rack cards and website—all tailored for SAVI’s unique, fresh take on spa. From discovery to design, VSG was able to forge a brand refresh that was foundational to SAVI’s collateral deployment. Capitalizing on our own online technology platform, SuiteSpace we were able to build efficiencies directly in to SAVI’s annual marketing plan saving time and money. As a full-partner with VSG, SAVI now has a customizable marketing design and strategy to use for years to come. Brilliant.
